Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and administer Oracle Database 19c and 21c in complex enterprise environments.
- Plan and execute full lifecycle database migrations and upgrades.
- Implement and manage high availability and disaster recovery using Oracle Data Guard.
- Perform backups and restorations using Oracle RMAN.
- Set up and maintain Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data replication and heterogeneous replication scenarios.
- Monitor and maintain database environments using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM / Cloud Control).
- Analyze and optimize performance using AWR, ASH, SQL tuning, and trace files.
- Integrate Oracle environments with Microsoft Azure, including hybrid architectures.
- Apply encryption strategies and enforce database security standards.
- Develop and maintain AIX shell scripts for automation and system management.
- Respond to incidents, problems, and changes using the ServiceNow (SNOW) ITSM platform.
- Support business-critical systems outside normal business hours and participate in on-call rotations.
- Troubleshoot critical database issues rapidly and perform root cause analysis.
- Apply Oracle patches and updates using My Oracle Support (Metalink) resources.
- Collaborate closely with application developers, infrastructure teams, and other DBAs to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a hands-on Oracle DBA.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle 19c and 21c.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data replication.
- Strong skills in OEM, RMAN, and Oracle Data Guard.
- Experience with Oracle database encryption and security.
- Proficient in AIX shell scripting or similar Unix/Linux scripting languages.
- Experience integrating Oracle with Azure Cloud Services.
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning and Oracle diagnostics (AWR, ASH, traces, etc.).
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for change, incident, and problem management.
- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Availability for on-call support and non-business hours work when required.
