In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Digital Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on CI/CD.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  •  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
