In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Application Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business. Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing Strategies for Power-related Infrastructure, Applications: Build strategies for clients in designing and technically building out infrastructure, applications, and power-related management. Defining and Detailing IBM Power Solutions: Design feasible IBM Power solutions that complement and enhance clients' existing tech stacks. Delivering Proof of Concepts: Deliver proof of concepts and simplify complex technical subjects for client education. Building Credibility and Trust: Through consultative methods at all levels, both internally and externally, to facilitate the closure of highly complex Cloud technology deals.

Required technical and professional expertise
* More than 5 years of experience in configuration and implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for Canada
 * Had an experience in leading a team
 * Must have an experience in Successfactors Employee Central Core and Payroll
 * Experienced in any of the following: Employee Central with Reporting, Time Off and RBP

 

Preferred technical and professional experience

 * Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub)
