Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Red Hat Solution Architect with a strong background in both technical delivery and presales. This role serves as a key technical advisor and trusted consultant for clients, aligning Red Hat technologies with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), OpenShift, Ansible Automation, and cloud-native solutions, with a proven track record of leading complex solution implementations and influencing technology decisions during the presales process:


  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to prospective clients.
  • Create and validate solution architectures and proposals, including sizing, scalability, and integration considerations.
  • Act as a technical advisor during RFP/RFI processes, contributing architecture diagrams, product recommendations, and pricing input.
  • Lead and support the implementation of Red Hat solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Red Hat Ansible and similar tools.
  • Guide and mentor client and internal delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical technical issues and problem resolution during project delivery.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or technical consulting role.
  • Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), OpenShift, Satellite, and Ansible.
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale infrastructure and application solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in both presales and delivery environments.
