In this role, you will support the administration of our client's external workers. You will handle a variety of administrational activities from onboarding to offboarding cases with standardized steps. You will identify problems or challenges from our daily operations and will ensure an accurate solution and follow-up on cases to deliver the best experience for our external workers. Next to that, you will also participate in continuous improvement activities to standardize, simplify and automate our processes.
As a Vendor Account Registration (VAR) Agent, you will:
- Execute administrative account creation/deactivation activities as set out in relevant Work Instructions (WI).
- Support asset recovery as set out in relevant WI.
- Act as point of contact towards Hiring Manager and other departments with regards to account creation.
- Support 1st line issue management and escalation processes by phone and ticket.
- Support 2nd line issue management and escalation processes Respond to queries from employees, hiring managers, HR and suppliers.
- Log tickets in ServiceNow tool, Manage ticket system.
- Deliver functional software support on Okta, SNOW (and Workday) to managers and employees.
- Check and ensure employee compliance with internal policies and requirement.
- Identify potential Continuous Improvement (CI) based on daily operations Contribute to project organization with analyses, recommendation setting, project management support.
- Ensure audit readiness of all documents.
