In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Digital Marketing Consultant you will work in an omnichannel environment & help drive best-in-class customer experience. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients with defining and implementing their omnichannel marketing strategy. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your primary responsibilities include:
•Marketing Strategy definition: Be the first point of contact for the client's marketing teams and support them in defining their omnichannel customer journeys & campaign briefs. Provide recommendations and share best practices.
•Customer journeys implementation: Liaise with the operational team to make sure the campaign is implemented successfully and all necessary approvals are in place. Support the client in resolving any bottleneck.
•Marketing Campaign performance analysis: Review campaigns performance and provide recommendations for metrics improvement when needed.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, specifically in CRM & Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of campaign management and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, mailchimp etc).
- Excellent communication in English, ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in managing multitouch / omnichannel / online-to-offline campaigns would be advantageous.
- Understanding of relational databases architecture, knowledge of html/CSS would be a plus.
- UI/UX experience.
