- Supporting incident handling, account support, and project services at the designated client
- Manage escalation to IBM Global SME and become the local interface to client.
- Manage escalation to OEM or TPM, and become the local interface to client.

- Has at least 1 year of experience in System Service Rep for IT Projects / Professional services
- Primary IBM Power, AIX + Linux. Secondary OEM (x86 based servers)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English to be able to discuss and communicate business/technical subjects with clients.
