We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to join our high-performing sales team. The MDR will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to overall revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to identify and qualify potential customers.
Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including call scripts, audience segmentation and approach.
Qualify interested candidates and arrange introductory conversations with customers and SDR’s.
Become apprised of internal tech stack while gaining an in-depth knowledge base and understanding of our internal sales processes.
Track all relevant qualifications and lead management activity using Salesforce.com (including calls, prospect pipeline, account notes, etc.)
Quickly learn the technical aspects of the product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions and other FAQs.
Gain a deep understanding of our targeted personas and value proposition within the market.
Provide business acumen for customers and strive to understand the business problem we are solving to best configure the solution and exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate successfully with Field Marketing and Sales Development teams to optimize team selling productivity.
Provide value added market intelligence to the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with qualified prospects.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Utilize CRM software to manage and track daily activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor information.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A competitive and driven personality with a desire to succeed.
Experience in SaaS sales or telephone prospecting is preferred
Experience in using Sales prospecting tools and CRM
