As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Specifically, you will:
- Support the translation of client business requirements into HCM solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability and reuse
- Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams
- Use different modules of SAP SuccessFactors to automate business processes
- Stay abreast on updates and new releases in SuccessFactors technologies
- Provide end user classroom training on the configured SuccessFactors before go-live and individual training during hyper-support after the cut-over
- Identifying, developing and deploying end-user solutions in HCM systems. Using your deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the SuccessFactors, you will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support and end-user training.
- Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile)
- 3+ years of experience in HR or HR system related consulting industry
- 2 or more full life cycle in any HR packages
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- At least 5 years consulting experience working for a global systems integrator
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification
- 1 year project experience working with global and offshore project teams
- 1 year experience with system integration or user acceptance testing OR 1 year experience with business process design or re-engineering OR 1 year experience with developing and implementing end-user training programs
- Good working knowledge of Human Capital Management system, including all related domain know-how
