- Architect and lead the evolution of our delivery, with an emphasis on scalability, high availability, and developer productivity
- Provide technical leadership across the org on best practices in efficient, effective and reliable delivery workflows, source control strategy, repository management and release automation
- Drive the adoption and integration of Source Code Management systems, Artifact Repositories, Build Systems and Delivery Pipelines (CI/CD)
- Champion observability and monitoring practices that enable proactive detection, rapid response, and continuous improvement
- Design and implement fault-tolerant systems that minimize operational overhead and support rapid recovery from failures
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed DevSecOps principles into the entire software lifecycle
- Influence platform and tooling decisions that impact hundreds of engineers, focusing on reducing toil and delivery efficiency
- Mentor engineers across teams, providing thought leadership in automation and platform reliability

- 10+ years of experience in either DevOps, SRE, Delivery Pipelines, Infrastructure or Platform Architecting, Design and Engineering
- Proven experience in building and managing highly available, fault-tolerant systems at scale
