We are looking for a talented and driven Technology Sales - Advocacy Program manager to join our team and help bring IBM Learning to life through creation of compelling learning content.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Technology Sales - Advocacy Program manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content that supports our campaigns and strategies. You will collaborate closely with the team to develop content assets, including social media posts, blog articles, infographics, videos, and more. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be key to ensuring that our content resonates with our audience and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and create a variety of content assets, including written, visual, and multimedia, for digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of content with business goals, product launches, and strategies.
  • Manage content deadlines to ensure timely delivery of assets across all channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement to improve web traffic and conversion rates.
  • Analyze content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content creation best practices, and digital tools to continually enhance content strategies.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a content creator or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content across multiple platforms (blogs, social media, video, etc.).
  • Expertise in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience with automation platforms and email tools (e.g., Marketo).
  • Knowledge of video production and editing.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
