M&A Product Owner, IBM Corporation, New York, New York (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted)

 

  • Act as M&A Product Owner to identify technical solutions and technologies, including, third party vendors related to M&A technologies for addressing requirements, risks, and issues, and conduct detailed trade-off analysis of requirements against fiscal, schedule, and performance issues. 
  • Oversee architectural design and provide architectural guidance for Salesforce and monday.com, including detecting and troubleshooting technical problems. 
  • Build the Salesforce and monday.com data flow with SOAP/REST APIs. 
  • Design the front-end, user experience of AI (Artificial Intelligence) insights in Salesforce and monday.com. 
  • Design the backend data model, storage considerations, and data governance of AI insights in Salesforce and monday.com. 
  • Facilitate client-facing meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, UATs, onboarding sessions, and hyper-care sessions and roll out new tools. 
  • Utilize agile, design thinking to define user stories, facilitating an efficient, data driven, and modernized M&A process and then prioritize this work based on measurable outcomes. 
  • Manage user accounts, user licensing provisioning procedures, and execute monthly audits to ensure secure access to M&A data. 
  • Design, manage, and build the Salesforce environment, including apex programming, visualforce pages, batch processes, triggers, unit testing, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Salesforce CPQ, SOQL/SOSL Queries, data modeling, lightning app development, flow development, custom report and dashboard development, permission and security development, and sharing and visibility solution development. 
  • Manage Salesforce DevOps, including Git version control, change sets, SFDX, and Copado. 
  • Build project boards on monday.com. 
  • Utilize: Administering Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex Programming Language, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), AURA components.
  • Required: Master’s degree or equivalent (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Salesforce Developer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Administering Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex Programming Language, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), AURA components. $200000 to $239600 per year.
