We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support IBM Technology Zone's mission of delivering clear, accessible, and high-impact technical materials. In this role, you'll transform complex technical concepts into user-friendly resources, use analytics to drive enhancements, and develop documentation standards that promote consistency and excellence across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with IBM Technology Zone technical subject matter experts to translate product requirements and technical concepts into clear, concise documentation,
- Capture decision context and meeting outcomes to support informed development.
- Apply standardized reusable documentation templates for consistency and scalability.
- Produce a range of documentation assets including feature guides, architecture overviews, solution workflows, feature release notes.
- Continuously enhance documentation based on product updates, stakeholder feedback, and analytics-driven performance metrics.
- Own the intake and refinement of enhancement and environment requests—collaborating with users to clarify needs and ensure we deliver impactful, user-driven solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Experience with documentation tooling and architecture-specific platforms.
- Ability to simplify complexity and build engaging team and user documentation experiences.
