In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center CIC, where we deliver deep technical and
industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Candidates must:
-    Have an Associate’s Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree by date of Employment
-    Be eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorship (Valid work permit, PR, or Canadian citizenship)
-    Be willing and able to live and work in Nova Scotia, with minimal travel anticipated

- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline such as Finance or Accounting Majors is essential. This educational base will provide a robust framework for understanding our business operations and technological needs.

- SAP Module Proficiency: Familiarity with at least one SAP module – like Finance, Record to report, Accounting – is highly desirable. This expertise will significantly enhance your ability to navigate our specific operational requirements within the SAP ecosystem.

- Team Player and Self-Starter: Adept at collaborating with a diverse team, yet comfortable taking the lead on individual tasks, you'll contribute to a harmonious work environment while maintaining personal accountability.

- Customer-Centric: With a knack for delivering exceptional customer service, you'll engage effectively with the public, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and communicate seamlessly across all organizational levels.

- Mentorship and Problem Solving: Your ability to grasp new processes, guide teammates, and solve complex problems is vital. You'll relish the opportunity to devise innovative solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.

- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of industry standards such as GDPR and HIPAA is a must.

- Versatile Tech Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, DevOps, and Adobe, among others, will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

- Work with business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Assist in configuring SAP modules (Finance, Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Logistics/Procurement, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to SAP modules.
- Support day-to-day operations and resolve functional issues within SAP systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other teams (Business and Technical) to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
- Participate in SAP system implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives related to SAP systems.
- Stay current with SAP product developments, enhancements, and best practices to ensure continuous learning and growth.
