- Leadership and functional guidance to 12 direct reports, including SMEs, Project Managers, and analysts
- Leadership of Accounts Receivable for IBM’s largest client, including global governance, reporting, regular interactions with client’s Accounts Payable and Procurement functions to ensure collections are executed timely, escalation of blockers, resolution of disputes and collaboration with Accounting, Treasury, Business Units, Finance and Legal.
- Acquisitions & Divestitures E2E invoicing coordination for Transfer of Business, Service Delivery Agreements, and enablement of cost recovery routes whenever applicable
- Support to global Business Units demands towards Quote to Cash related matters to ensure consistency and enablement of business requirements into Operations
- Sales Support, transactional submission, and end-to-end operations coordination of Systems sales to IBM’s largest client
- Global Quote to Cash & Operations KPIs
- Leadership of cross functional projects and organizational enablement programs.
Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.
- Candidate must be an experienced leader
- 10+ years’ experience with IBM Operations and knowledge of Quote to Cash processes and tools
- Experience with Accounts Receivable processes
- Shared Services financial planning knowledge
- Stakeholder management and client facing interactions
- Project management skills
- Experience in leading global teams
