About us:
This position will work within the Growth Marketing team that promotes our Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions. We are a highly collaborative, team-oriented, and results-focused group. This team drives an end-to-end approach, delivering consistent pipeline across the customer journey, including planning, execution, reporting, and continual optimization and improvement. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Content Strategy, under the Global Director of Demand Programs.
What we want you to do:
- Write and edit long-form content such as eBooks, whitepapers, guides, and research-driven blog posts, ensuring technical accuracy and business relevance.
- Collaborate with product marketing, SMEs, and other stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, long-form assets tailored to decision-makers.
- Optimize content for lead generation while maintaining tone and adherence to brand guidelines. While not a primary focus, knowledge of SEO is helpful.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer challenges to inform content strategy.
- Manage multiple deadlines and content roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Basic qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in long form writing
- Experience in tech-focused B2B SaaS preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing multiple demands and meeting tight deadlines
- Experience working at a dynamic, enterprise company
