As a Brand Technical Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their business needs/problems, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems, whilst delivering value to their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Client Strategy Development: Create strategic plans for clients, focusing on infrastructure, applications, and automation solutions. IBM Automation Solution Design: Define practical IBM Automation solutions that enhance existing technology stacks.
Proof of Concept Delivery: Provide proof of concepts and simplifying technical concepts to ensure client comprehension.
Building Credibility and Trust: Establish credibility and trust with clients, which is essential for closing complex technology deals.
1. Drive Business goals for the assigned patch by mapping solutions to solve business problems of customers, working with cross-functional teams bringing the power of OneIBM to market.
2. Provide thought leadership to customers across App. Dev & Integration as an area of specialization. Maintain a heat-map of product/solution penetration and ensure 100% coverage and WL penetration driving value for customers.
3. Drive IBM Stack's tech evangelization across industry via event participation, social media presence etc.
4. Create value play based tech assets for IBM field teams to replicate and drive business success.
Demonstrating expertise in the Automation market- ADI Specialization and establishing trust as a valued advisor for clients (training on IBM's Automation offerings will be provided).
Ensure L3/L4 certifications as part of the role requirements. Be a curious learner to upskill on surround plays of ADI.
