We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, hands-on engineer with innovative ideas for building large-scale enterprise applications. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will apply your deep expertise in designing, developing, and delivering world-class software. You will also contribute to providing technical direction and developing strategies for long-term product growth. This role requires versatility, strong leadership qualities, and an open mind to tackle new challenges faced by our customers
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software programs, including modules, features, and components, while ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Gather and evaluate software project requirements, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and troubleshoot complex software issues to recommend or implement solutions.
- Collaborate with management to plan, schedule, and assign projects to development teams, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
- Participate in design and code reviews, interact with the Quality Assurance team, and contribute to test procedures to ensure system quality, performance, and reliability.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, provide input for user documentation, and review materials for technical accuracy and completeness.
- 4–5 years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, IBM DB2) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra).
- Strong understanding of advanced algorithms for designing and developing enterprise-grade software.
- Experience in writing code with streaming tools like Kafka and leveraging cloud functions (serverless compute).
- In-depth knowledge of microservice architecture and deployment models for enterprise-grade cloud environments (public and private).
- Proficiency in software development tools and methods, related software languages, test design, configuration, and integration with systems, applications, products, and services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to test, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting issues related to memory, performance, battery usage, and network optimization.
