Additionally, they run daily standup meetings with the program team, follow up on sprint deliverables, and maintain an effective communication plan with all stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration and execution of technical strategies across multidisciplinary teams."


Your role and responsibilities

 

The Infrastructure Technical Program Manager will lead technical discussions as a cross-functional partner, providing thought leadership during product reviews and designing and implementing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate goal setting, decision-making, and business impact. The ideal candidate will have a high-level understanding of Networking concepts and overall responsibility for managing and prioritizing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. This includes applying techniques for planning, resource allocation, tracking, change control, financial, and technical risk and issue management.

 

·  Technical Leadership:

·       Lead and participate in high-level technical discussions, providing expertise in infrastructure design, cloud services, networking, and data center operations.

·       Serve as a thought leader during product reviews, offering strategic insights and guidance to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

·       Design and implement process and strategy frameworks to facilitate goal setting, decision-making, and business impact.

·  Project Planning and Execution:

·       Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

·       Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

·       Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

·       Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

·  Stakeholder Management:

·       Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

·       Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

·       Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

·  Technical Expertise:

·       Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

·       Recognize system and operational requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

·       Drive the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.

·       Run daily standup meetings with the project team and follow up on sprint deliverables.

·  Risk Management:

·       Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

·       Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

·       Manage financial and technical risks associated with infrastructure projects.

·  Reporting and Documentation:

·       Track project milestones and deliverables.

·       Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

·       Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.




Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

·  8+ years of experience in technical program / project management, specifically in infrastructure projects.

·  Proven experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.

·  Strong understanding of networking, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), data center operations, and virtualization technologies.

·  PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification is preferred.

·  Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·  Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

·  Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

·  Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred technical and professional experience
  •          10 + years of relevant experiance 
  •           Previous experience in enterprise network program management
