The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist will be responsible for supporting global compensation and benefits operations through data management, analysis, process execution, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves working closely with regional HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of C&B programs within a shared services model.
- Manage and administer compensation-related processes including salary revisions, bonus payouts, and annual compensation cycles.
- Support global or regional benefits programs — enrollments, vendor coordination, employee query resolution, and policy implementation.
- Partner with payroll and HR operations to ensure accuracy in salary and benefits-related data.
- Maintain employee data integrity in HR systems (Workday / SAP / Oracle, etc.) related to compensation and benefits.
- Support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements (internal and statutory).
- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports on compensation, benefits, and headcount analytics.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Handle employee queries through ticketing systems (ServiceNow / HR Helpdesk).
- Work in alignment with global service delivery standards and SLAs.
- 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits operations within an HR Shared Services / Global Delivery setup.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, payroll interface, and HR systems.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics; experience with HR tools like Workday, SAP HR, or Oracle HCM preferred.
- Good understanding of compliance, reporting, and data confidentiality norms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support global teams.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts (aligned to US time zones).
- Experience supporting US or global compensation cycles.
- Exposure to HR analytics and visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).
- Lean / Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
