The Sales Coach role is an integral part of IBM. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering coaching services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. Help IBMers to build their career by providing them with a personalized experience. Provide individual and group sales coaching to sales trainees. Leverage best practices in selling to develop the skills of sales trainees. Play the role of the client in practice call scenarios. Provide constructive and meaningful feedback to trainees in a consistent manner, using standard IBM Learning content and grading methods. The role is part-time Supplemental Employment. Workload and hours will fluctuate throughout the year based on trainee volumes.
- Strong Knowledge of the IT Industry.
- Work experience in Sales, as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
- Sales Leadership experience.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese Language Skills are a plus.
- Current knowledge on Generative AI Technology is a plus.
