We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to lead and manage day-to-day operations for Onboarding Delivery. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new employees and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience from offer acceptance to start date. Your responsibilities will include coordinating provisioning requests, auditing new hire documentation, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements. You will play a vital role in maintaining data accuracy and timely updates in HR systems, fostering a positive onboarding journey for every new hire.
- Lead and run all day-to-day operations for Onboarding delivery
- First point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding
- Coordinating requests and delivery of all provisioning items by new hire's start date
- Responsible for appropriate follow-up of each required element in the onboarding process within time frames established.
- Handle communications and inquiries from new hires
- Audit and review all new hire documents as per the statutory and company requirements both online on tool and hard copy
- Ensure employee data collected at onboarding stage reaches HR system(s) in a timely manner by publishing reports
- Create the New Hire record on tool.
- Ideally 1-2 years previous working experience in HR/ Onboarding , ideally in an international company
- Good verbal and written language skills. Proficiency in English and any other foreign language like Chinese, Japanese, French
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Excel experience in pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and any other digital skills like video creation, project management skills etc.
