As an HR/Recruitment Intern, you serve an integral role as a point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle. In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
*You will have the opportunity to assist in the full recruiting cycle and HR & Recruitment daily tasks
* Contribute, support and think along with our HR-professionals on subject such as engagement, absenteeism and other HR processes.
* The freedom to create your own HR project in in which you research, advise and implement.
* Have the opportunity to participate in tactical and strategic matters and will join the HR team in the vast majority of meetings and interactions with internal parties.
* Interact directly with candidates and hiring managers as you will have some screening, scheduling and onboarding related tasks
* This role will let you improve your communication skills, recruiting skills, and business knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Dutch, multilingualism will be considered an asset.
