In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Marketing Cloud Analyst, you have the following responsibilities:
* Understand conversion best practices, focusing on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
* Master the appropriate marketing channels: Email marketing, SMS, Push, among others.
* Orchestrate the best copy and CTAs (Call to Action) based on feedback from Operations.
* Define accelerated growth strategies based on techniques such as Ads, viral marketing, and optimized UX/UI. Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and propose improvements.
* Review messages based on results.
* Look for new ways to convert through continuous content optimization.
* Scale the assets and capabilities of offers and communications.
* Determine, propose, and adjust the communication flow with the project's functional management.
Knowledge and experience in:
- CRO Tools / A/B Testing
- Google Analytics
- Experience running owned media campaigns (email marketing, SMS, push notifications, RCS)
- Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Excel level: Intermediate – Advanced
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional: Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Knowledge of email sending tools
