The EPortal web application is the first impression and primary interaction point for many Intelligence Community members to access and subscribe to enterprise services and capabilities. IBM is serving this customer to modernize this mission and business system using a combination of user experience design (UXD), Agile engineering, and cloud and platform engineering for enhanced usability, scalability, and performance. Our objective is to design, develop, and deliver systems that enable our customers to search, discover, and use agency products, data, and services more efficiently.
As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager in managing program administration requirements. You will also:
- Prepare and submit status reporting and program CDRLs aligning with the PWS
- Prepare and submit CDRLs and customer briefings to secure customer approval for new software releases, following team processes prescribed by Systems Engineering team
- Record meeting minutes
- Prepare and submit technical content related to development, testing, and delivery to support software engineering documentation requirements
- May be assigned responsibility for the management of the function, including associated staff
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
- Minimum level of education must be an Associate’s degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience translating user requirements into system specifications, configuration management plans, lifecycle management documentation, and integrated logistics support plans and related operational summaries
- Experience with writing specifications manuals and user documentation for client or user personnel
- Experience with performing research, collection and collation of data from studies
- Experience with data compilation and preparation of inputs into larger reports
- Experience performing assessments and projects as part of analysis process
- Experience with examining and analyzing current and contemplated operations for developing, defining, and coordinating user requirements which will satisfy the total program need
