As Enterprise Health Specialist at IBM you will be responsible for managing and coordinating occupational health services and compliance across designated countries. This role ensures alignment with EU directives, local laws, and corporate procedures, while supporting employee well-being and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee legally required Occupational Health (OH) medical evaluations for employees, including monitoring exam completion and adjusting referral schedules based on job risks, individual health risks, and disabilities.
- Manage the reimbursement process for vision aids in compliance with EU directives and local legislation, including verification or issuance of occupational health referrals.
- Support employees with disabilities by ensuring appropriate assistance is provided in line with legal and corporate standards.
- Coordinate health promotion programs targeting locally identified risk factors, in collaboration with global and local vendors.
- Report and communicate legally required OH information to local health authorities.
- Maintain ongoing vendor relationships to ensure compliance with OH regulations and optimize workflows to minimize operational disruptions.
- Drive optimisation, simplification, and automation of local administrative processes.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Health regional leaders and local HR teams to ensure compliance with routine and emergency health-related tasks.
- The Enterprise Health Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating occupationalProficiency in English and the local language of the country of support.
- Willingness to work in an agile, technology-driven environment.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing complex administrative tasks.
