Your role and responsibilities
  • As IBM Category Manager, provide sourcing service to HAID group, conduct sourcing events and deliver committed saving. 
  • Responsible primarily for 五金备件，劳防用品及行政办公 品类的采购However, this individual might need to support other categories when necessary.
  • Develop Full Year/2-3 Years' Sourcing strategy for assigned categories.
  • Execute Sourcing strategy by conduct RFQs, negotiate contracts etc.
  • Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals, renegotiation of prices, transfers, etc.
  • Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations.
  • Create, negotiate, monitor and enforce agreement’s terms and conditions. 
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned suppliers in category.
  • Collect and relay site specific priorities to suppliers.
  • Lead in organizing and delivering on strategic supplier events, such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Supplier Evaluations, and Executive Review Meetings.
  • Maintain relationships with Supplier’s Senior Executives.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

  • 10 years of sourcing experiences include strategic sourcing.
  • Able to work independently and possess strong desire to learn.
  • Good at communication and manage client expectation.
  • Good at spending data analysis.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin language.
