Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

In this role, you will be responsible for executing key financial and operational activities with high quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities include processing journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, conducting account analysis, and preparing reports and audits. You will also be accountable for meeting all established SLAs and ensuring that transactions, orders, invoices, and other operational processes are completed accurately and on time.
You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing best practices that enhance operational performance. Maintaining excellent customer service and strong stakeholder engagement is essential, as well as completing administrative and client-related tasks with precision and within required deadlines.
Additionally, you will perform operational and client controls, analyze daily cases and issues, manage your time effectively, and report any operational risks promptly. Proactive teamwork is expected, and you will leverage ICAs to streamline tasks, simplify processes, and improve overall results.

Bacharelado
Experiência Profissional e Técnica Requerida

Formación en curso en Administración, Ciencias Contables, Economía o áreas relacionadas; 

Conocimientos sobre rutinas financieras (cuentas por pagar/cobrar, conciliaciones, asientos contables) y nociones de flujo de caja y controles financieros;

Familiaridad con indicadores financieros y nociones de contabilidad;

Inglés de nivel intermedio a avanzado; 

Dominio avanzado de Excel;
