In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Estamos em busca de um profissional com experiência sólida em automação de infraestrutura utilizando Ansible, capaz de atuar em ambientes Cloud híbrida/privada e Mainframe. O candidato ideal deve ter habilidades para desenvolver playbooks, integrar alertas e garantir boas práticas de automação em ambientes críticos.


Responsabilidades

• Cloud Híbrida/Privada:

• Desenvolver playbooks Ansible para provisionamento, configuração e descomissionamento de servidores (Windows/Linux), VMs e containers;

• Automatizar rotinas de patch management e health checks de sistemas operacionais e aplicações;

• Atuar como instrutor para capacitação de times que irão trabalhar com automações;

• Utilizar Red Hat Ansible Certified Content for IBM Z para automatizar tarefas no z/OS;

• Desenvolver playbooks para: Submissão de jobs (JCL), Interação com subsistemas como CICS e Db2;

• Execução de comandos do sistema;

• Automatizar respostas a eventos e alertas gerados no ambiente Mainframe, integrando-os ao ServiceNow;

• Integrar alertas de diversas fontes (ferramentas de monitoramento, logs) para acionar playbooks Ansible que realizem diagnósticos e remediações.

• Manter e evoluir a base de código de automação, garantindo boas práticas e documentação completa.

Requisitos Imprescindiveis: 

  • Experiência prática com Ansible para automação de ambientes Cloud e Mainframe;
  • Conhecimento em Windows/Linux, VMs, containers e z/OS;
  • Familiaridade com JCL, CICS, Db2 e integração com ServiceNow;
  • Experiência em integração de alertas e automação de respostas;
  • Habilidade para documentação técnica e manutenção de código.
Preferred technical and professional experience

Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Certificação Red Hat Ansible;
  • Experiência com monitoramento e observabilidade;
  • Conhecimento em práticas DevOps e CI/CD;
  • Familiaridade com ambientes híbridos e modernização de infraestrutura.
