IBM Research is pioneering technologies that empower AI-agent developers to build smarter, more reliable systems. Our Agent Analytics project focuses on generating actionable insights and recommendations from traces collected during agent execution on benchmarks, test suites, and production environments. By leveraging foundation models, NLP techniques, machine learning, statistical analysis, software engineering, and advanced evaluation methods, we aim to help developers optimize and innovate in this rapidly evolving domain.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge and rapidly growing field, shaping the future of intelligent systems.
Join us to work on one of the hottest topics in AI and make a real impact on the future of agent development.
As a summer intern, you will:
- Research & Innovate: Explore novel approaches for analyzing agent behavior and generating insights using LLMs, ML, and statistical techniques.
- Develop & Experiment: Implement prototypes, run experiments on agent traces, and validate methods.
- Collaborate: Work closely with IBM researchers to advance ideas into impactful solutions and publications in top-tier venues.
