Implement and configure packaged CRM and customer engagement solutions that empower organizations to streamline sales operations, enhance service delivery, and build lasting customer relationships. The Package Consultant – Sales & Service specializes in deploying cloud-based platforms that unify sales, customer service, and support functions, enabling end-to-end visibility and automation across the customer lifecycle.
- This role requires a strong understanding of packaged CRM systems and the ability to tailor standard functionalities to meet specific business needs. The consultant collaborates with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure that the selected solution supports lead-to-cash processes, case management, field service, and customer self-service capabilities.
- Key responsibilities include configuring sales pipelines, opportunity management, service case workflows, knowledge bases, and customer portals. The consultant also supports data migration, user training, and change management to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization
