Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will join IBM Consulting, supporting one of our key financial-services clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support project delivery from analysis through implementation. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication between business teams and technical experts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting business analysis and documenting requirements.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges and propose solutions.
  • Translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Supporting project teams during design, testing, and implementation.
  • Contributing to process optimization and operational improvements.
  • Facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams as part of onsite project delivery.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in banking.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to work onsite at the client 5 days per week.
  • Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Understanding of process modelling or data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation projects.
  • Additional languages, such as German is a valuable asset.
