Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the security, regulatory and regional security certifications and compliance of the iPaaS, including requirements across the global market (primary markets are North America and Europe).
- Own the product roadmap for the global regional expansion of our iPaaS deployments.
- Define, prioritize and manage compliance and expansion product roadmap in collaboration with clients, sales and product leadership.
- Work with engineering teams to plan, execute and deliver enhancements and security/compliance initiatives across AWS, Azure, and OpenShift environments.
- Collaborate with platform and security architects to meet certification and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, etc), and industry best practices.
- Interface regularly with engineering leads and stakeholders across the US, Europe and India to ensure alignment and momentum across time zones.
- Support release planning and go-to-market efforts for expansion, certifications and compliance enhancements.
- Monitor platform health, usage patterns, and performance metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer in defining and refining expansion, certifications and compliance requirements.
We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to lead and drive the security, regulatory and regional compliance aspects of our iPaaS (IBM webMethods Hybrid Integration) solution. This role focuses on identifying, prioritizing and planning security, regulatory and regional security certifications and compliance, as well as regional expansion, of a SaaS offering available in AWS, Azure and OpenShift, across global deployments.
As the Product Manager, you will work closely with product leadership, sales, clients and engineering teams across the globe, collaborating across architecture, DevOps, cloud operations, security, and platform development to deliver highly available, secure and compliant SaaS offering.ager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on platform/security/infrastructure in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, etc), and secure cloud operations.
- Proven ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and the ability to make trade-offs under constraints.
- Experience working with or in enterprise environments, ideally in regulated or secure sectors (e.g., healthcare, government, finance).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Aha and Jira
- Experience in iPaaS, middleware, or enterprise integration platforms.
- Expertise to compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, etc), and secure cloud operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise customer needs around data residency, multi-cloud, and hybrid deployments.
