The Recruiter is responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process. This role involves closely working with hiring managers, understanding the job requirements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the final selection of candidates. The Recruiter ensures that the best talent is hired in alignment with the organization's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
* Assist in defining selection criteria for various roles.
* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
* Use various sourcing methods to attract candidates (job boards, social media, networking).
* Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with Tech Panel and hiring managers.
* Provide detailed screening feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
* Understand and advise on current external labor market availability and diversity.
* Advise on compensation and benefits aligned to market scarcity.
* Responsible for hiring process & policy compliance.
- Solid experience (minimum 6 years) in sourcing & hiring talent within technology/ technology consulting background
- Extensive end-to-end, full life cycle recruitment experience
- Ability to navigate complex recruitment campaigns and niche hiring search
- Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills with strong competitive market awareness
- Ability to build a robust network of top talents by gaining market intelligence will be preferred
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various requisitions simultaneously
- Fluency in English and either German or Italian
