Responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric, intuitive, and high-performing Workflows for IBM Concert. Drive Workflows Development efforts using various workflows blocks, customised python, ansible scripts and champion innovation in Concert Workflows practices across the Concert product organization.
- Development of modern, scalable, and accessible Workflows with a focus on performance and usability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into E2E performance efficient Workflows.
- Drive the adoption of coding best practices, including accessibility, globalization, performance optimization, and design consistency.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical leadership and guidance on Workflows Development ensuring adherence to IBM’s design standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Design Systems, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of features with high quality.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvements of the development lifecycle.

- Expertise in scripting using Python and Ansible playbook.
- Strong knowledge of understanding and building E2E automation workflows.
- Deep understanding of React Hooks and functional component patterns.
- Basic understanding of the DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in working with MySQL/Postgres DB.
- Proficiency in working with SSH, SSM connectivity and HTTP block creation.
- Strong grasp of web storage mechanisms (cookies, local storage, session storage).
- Hands-on experience with Git, debugging tools, and modern development environments (e.g., VS Code).
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization patterns in Workflows.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, code security, and performance optimization.
- Brings a solid background in Automation and AI technologies.
