A Project Manager (ADM) is responsible for leading cross functional project teams in delivering custom development solutions or managing the Maintenance and Support of applications. They are accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager manages project plans, budgets, schedules and staffing requirements including IBM, client employees and 3rd-party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. They must possess experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish an effective communication plan, deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes
Responsabilities
- Supervise delivery and support projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Experience in project management, PMP certification.
- Project management with multiple suppliers.
- Proactive experience in risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
- Stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of project management and experience in waterfall and agile methodologies.
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies.
- Client Management: Experience in managing relationships with client and partners, negotiation skills.
