IBM Storage solutions are the industry’s most trusted data platforms. This is an opportunity for a talented Test Developer to join the growing IBM Storage Systems team in changing the world. The ideal candidate is a technophile who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about learning new tools and technologies, and is comfortable interacting with internal and external clients.

You will work along multiple talented engineers in driving the automation effort of the storage solutions, create tools that provide the backbone of the quality systems and solve complex problems.

Su función y responsabilidades
  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications for internal security services tools.  
  • Collaborate with security teams to understand workflows and translate them into effective user interfaces.  
  • Ensure applications meet high standards of usability, performance, and security.  
  • Integrate frontend components with backend services via APIs  
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to maintain software quality. 
  • Stay updated with modern frontend frameworks, libraries, and best practices. 
Educación requerida
Licenciatura
Experiencia profesional y técnica requerida
  • Experience as a frontend developer (GUI, React, Node/TypeScript)
  • Backend (Java, RestAPI, Spring, JNI/Native
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services
  • Familiarity with security concepts or willingness to learn (advantageous)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Linux and linux scripting
  • English proficient (B2)
Experiencia técnica y profesional preferida
  • GUI Automation
  • Experience with Carbon
