We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Tech Sales candidate to lead enterprise pre-sales engagements for IBM Digital Asset Haven, a full-stack digital asset platform for custody, transaction orchestration, and settlement across 40+ public and private blockchains.
The role focuses on tier-one banks, governments, and regulated financial institutions, enabling transformative digital asset solutions through deep technical expertise, innovative architectures, and strategic collaboration.
- Own the full pre-sales cycle from technical discovery through solution design and client presentations.
- Develop and execute technical enablement strategies in collaboration with IBM’s global and regional sales teams.
- Engage & build relationships with senior- and C-Level decision makers (Head of Digital Assets, CIO, etc.) to articulate technical differentiation.
- Position IBM Digital Asset Haven as the trusted platform for secure, scalable digital asset management of cryptos, stablecoins, and tokenized assets.
- Build robust and future-ready technical architectures with core banking vendors, payment providers, and wealth management platforms.
- Design and validate complex enterprise SaaS, hybrid, and on-premises digital asset solutions.
- Provide technical feedback to product, engineering, and marketing teams to continuously refine GTM and product innovation.
- Support achievement of annual sales and pipeline development targets through technical leadership.

Requirements
- High level of seniority in technical pre-sales.
- Minimum of 2–5+ years of enterprise technical pre-sales experience in financial technology or digital asset infrastructure.
- Proven record of designing and presenting Digital Asset SaaS or infrastructure solutions for banks or major institutions.
- Strong understanding of digital asset custody, tokenization, HSM/MPC key management, and blockchain architectures.
- Familiarity with regulated environments, data security, and compliance standards.
- Senior presence with a consultative, solution-oriented technical approach and c-level connections.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and technical presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30–40%).
- Experience working at Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) or technology providers delivering digital asset custody and stablecoin solutions.
- Strong expertise in institutional custody, stablecoins, CBDC, tokenization, and blockchain integration.
