We are seeking a highly experienced Principal ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level transformations and deliver world-class digital solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic insight, and strong client engagement skills. The ideal candidate holds a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification, multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the solution architecture and design for large-scale ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
· Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into effective ServiceNow solutions.
· Define architecture roadmaps, governance standards, and best practices for scalable platform performance.
· Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, alignment, and business value.
· Mentor and guide technical teams and architects to continuously elevate delivery standards.
· Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across the enterprise.
· Stay current with ServiceNow releases and innovations to proactively drive platform advancements.
· ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (mandatory).
· Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM).
· Proven experience leading ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise clients.
· 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
· Strong understanding of integration frameworks, data modeling, and security best practices.
· Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
· Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs in the Middle East.
· Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at executive levels.
