*Focus on Contract Management including redlining and reviewing IPS BPO client’s Contract Terms & Conditions
*Execute low-value sourcing activities (Tactical Buying)
*Create global agreements with awarded suppliers with guidance from Senior Sourcing Professionals
*Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct BU interviews, and present event outcomes & supplier scoring
*Manage NDA/CDA agreements with suppliers before handing off to Sourcing Analyst for creation
*Prepare cost models (cost structures) for sourcing projects
*Provide data for Supplier Performance Management and collaborate with Senior Sourcing Professionals for BU/supplier presentations
*Work with Sourcing Analysts on Supplier Scorecard calculations and BU communications
*Conduct supplier financial health analysis and reporting for moderate complexity cases
*Support middle and back-office procurement tasks as required, based on complexity
*Apply market intelligence and supplier identification insights from Senior Sourcing Professionals to sourcing activities
*1–3 years of procurement experience
*Basic understanding of end-to-end sourcing activities
*Fluent in English (spoken & written)
*Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be a bonus
*Basic knowledge of ERP procurement systems such as Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Oracle
