We are currently seeking a skilled SAP Data Expert specializing in data migration, Master Data Governance (MDG), or Batch Data Communication (BDC). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining data within SAP environments, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating smooth system transitions.
Implement and administer MDG solutions to manage master data across different systems, ensuring data consistency and compliance with regulations.
Utilize BDC techniques to automate data entry processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors.
Develop and maintain data migration strategies, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation procedures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, often requiring a deep dive into SAP tables and interfaces.
Document data processes and procedures, creating user guides and training materials where necessary.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP data management.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge in data management best practices.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role.
In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP modules, preferably across several areas (Finance, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Logistics, etc.).
Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end SAP solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with cloud solutions (SAP Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in SAP tools like Solution Manager, ABAP, Fiori, and other related technologies.
Need to have a strong footprint in SAP technology stack (Business Suite, BTP, BDC, Business AI) + architecture.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
Being able to cover for hybrid architectures and changing technologies is required.
Solution architects will have more of a delivery focus and support sales.
