Introduction

The SWG and CASB Security Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure web gateway and cloud access security solutions to protect enterprise environments from cyber threats. The role requires a deep understanding of web traffic security, cloud application usage, data protection, and integration with broader enterprise security controls. The specialist will work closely with SOC, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant operations across on-premise and cloud environments

Your role and responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Forcepoint SWG and CASB solutions.

• Monitor and analyse web traffic, cloud application usage, and user behaviour for security risks.

• Develop and enforce web and cloud security policies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

• Integrate Forcepoint SWG and CASB controls with SIEM, SOAR, DLP, and endpoint solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web filtering, SSL inspection, and cloud application access.

• Conduct regular health checks, upgrades, and tuning of Forcepoint SWG and CASB platforms.

• Support incident response activities by providing technical expertise on web and cloud-related threats.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 2 years directly working on Forcepoint SWG and/or CASB solutions.

• Experience in policy creation, deployment, and tuning for Forcepoint platforms.

• Prior involvement in SOC operations, incident response, or enterprise IT security projects.

• Proven track record in integrating Forcepoint solutions with wider security ecosystems.

 

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative team player with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
