In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Value Process & Governance specialist (f/m/x) in the Value Orchestration & IGX Team, you will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, standardizing processes, and ensuring strategic alignment of AI and automation initiatives with client goals. You will help prioritize opportunities, track performance, and validate value delivery, ensuring initiatives are delivered transparently, ethically, and with measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and value measurement experts to maintain consistent governance structures, streamlined processes, and effective reporting mechanisms.
Primary roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain governance processes for AI and automation portfolios.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and approval processes for new opportunities.
- Facilitate governance forums and decision-making meetings with stakeholders.
- Monitor initiative execution and validate impact against predefined KPIs.
- Maintain documentation for processes, decision logs, and value tracking.
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and data protection requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of governance structures and reporting.

- Experience in process management, governance, or PMO functions, with the ability to translate process insights into measurable business outcomes.
- Financial acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Finance teams to validate assumptions and projections.
- Strong understanding of value measurement and benefit realization, including defining KPIs and tracking delivered vs. planned benefits.
- Proven experience building business cases for technology initiatives, including financial modelling (ROI, TCO, payback period) and cost-benefit analysis.
- Ability to assess and prioritize AI and automation opportunities based on feasibility, strategic alignment, and expected impact.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear recommendations.
- AI expertise applied to the HR domain.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive reporting, presenting data-backed recommendations in a concise, decision-ready format.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Swiss/EU passport or valid permit required.
- Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or PMO Governance Frameworks.
