We are seeking a productization and CI developer to join our IBM Software team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software products, working with a variety of technologies and programming languages.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will be:

Build Java projects with help of Maven and NodeJS

Perform build customization and enhancements

Automate builds or pipelines with help of CI systems and scripting tools in containerized environments

Debug failures and perform root cause analysis to determine build and compilation failures

Collaborate with developers and infrastructure devops teams

Release new versions and fix bugs

Basic Java programming skills and experience with Maven/NPM build tools

User-level experience with source control systems (SVN, Git), Jenkins, and containers

User-level experience with Linux and ability to write scripts in shell or Python

Experience with CI/CD pipelines in any cloud environment

Understanding of container orchestration (like Kubernetes/Helm)

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience working with a distributed team and interfacing between different groups

Knowledge of virtualization and Ansible or any other automation framework

Knowledge of Serverless Workflow, OpenShift, or hybrid cloud deployments.

Contributions to any open source projects with devops/infra management.
