In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
The Jr. Identity & Access Management Specialist (IAM) will be responsible for assisting in manual user lifecycle management for in-scope systems using a multi-tier request processing and fulfillment model. This role will involve managing in-scope RACF profiles and policies, administering and enhancing authentication services, including technologies such as CyberArk, Saviynt, OKTA, or others.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the administration of access roles and policies.
- Managing Access Management Platforms such as OKTA, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping, etc.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate information is provided by all channels, such as Architect, Deployment, PMO, etc.
- Performing troubleshooting when components fail, or users report troubles using the AM solution.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, MFA.
- Experience working with authentication services, user lifecycle, and policy management.
- Understanding of Authentication Protocols such as OAuth, SAML, LDAP.
- Experience performing troubleshooting activities on IT environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in IT Security.
- Fluent in English.
- More than 1 year of experience working with Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure AD.
- More than 2 years of experience working with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, Savyint, Sailpoint, or OKTA.
- IAM vendor certification, i.e., CyberArk Defender, OKTA Certified Professional, SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate, or any other IAM vendor certification.
